Return Policy
We accept returns of any kind within 30 days of purchase. If the return is due to buyer's remorse, the responsibility for shipping the product back to us is yours. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on both opened and unopened bottles.
If you have a faulty product, please reach out to our support team via email or call us at +1-315-961-7638, or email us anytime at contact@refinetune.com. In case if it is a genuine fault, please come back to us within 5 days so we can ship you a replacement product.
Replacement Policy
If you need to replace a product for any reason, you will be responsible for covering both the cost of shipping the item back to us and the shipping cost for the replacement item. Replacements will only be processed after the original item has been received and inspected by our support team.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed after our support team confirms that the returned item meets our policy criteria. Shipped but Not Received
If shipping exceeds 30 days and you have not received your product, contact us to request an after-sales return and refund. We will either reship or refund you in full.
Shipping Label Created but Not Updated
If the tracking number shows no update for over 10 working days (excluding special periods), you can request a full refund.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If you submitted an incorrect address, contact us immediately to amend it. If a product is lost due to an incorrect address, you will be charged for re-shipping.
Receiving the Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong product, send proof via photo or video. You may return the product for a full refund or request the correct product to be shipped. The supplier will cover the shipping costs for returns.
