Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, indicating that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then confirm with our warehouse that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, please contact us at contact@refinetune.com.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Track your order on our website or the carrier's website by entering the provided tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your order is lost or damaged during shipment, contact us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action. For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to track the order or issue a refund/replacement. For damaged orders, please provide photos of the damage so we can assess the situation and take necessary action.
Delivery Address:
Ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary adjustments.
CUSTOMS
While we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery process for our Refine Tune, we want to inform you that any customs fees incurred during the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Due to international shipping laws and regulations, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for any customs fees. In order to keep shipping costs low, we vacuum pack and ship out our products in separate parcels. Consequently, your items may arrive at different times. We appreciate your understanding that we are not responsible for any delays during customs checks as this is beyond our control once the item has been shipped out.
